Dynamic Data Collector Server application

This Dynamic Data Collector Server application captures data from the different Dynamic Data Collectors on the lines. Then, it stores and condenses the data after a while. Data on line control include measurements of line efficiency, energy consumption, etc.

Punching unit

This punching unit punches drain holes in the top ring of L-ring drums (barrels).
Avoids leaks, because no drilling involved! Also, no plastic drilling scrap.
Can be used in combination with our quality center QC060.

Single pallet layer (tray) unloading table – bottle unscrambler

This tray unloading table depalletizes trays of round/square bottles. The bottles are placed in trays onto the machine belt. Then, they are fed onto exit belts, creating a single row of bottles.

This bottle unscrambler depalletizes trays of round/square bottles. The bottles are placed in trays onto the machine belt. Then, they are fed onto exit belts, creating a single row of bottles. Maximum speeds: 3000 – 6000 BPH.

Flexible silo – half height – top outlet

The silos are designed to store products in a tumble packed way.
This unit has a half pallet height and a storage capacity of 1.2 m³.

Flexible silo – half height – base outlet

The silos are designed to store products in a tumble packed way.
This unit has a half pallet height: 1226 x 1266 x 1355 mm (49″ x 50″ x 54″) and is unloaded from the base into the DSS050 unloading station.

Flexible silo – full height – base outlet

The silos are designed to store products in a tumble packed way.
This unit has a half pallet height and a storage capacity of 2.5 m³.

Stackable handle grabbing tool

This takeout tool allows you to grab a stack of handles and insert them into a cardboard box or release them onto the infeed conveyor of a handle applicator.

Spout applicator

Fully automatic, single head spout applicator for drums. No need for spout unscrambler. Spouts are recognised by a vision system, and grabbed & inserted by a robot. Speed: around 500 – 800 BPH.

Handle applicator

Fully automatic, single head handle applicator for plastic bottles. Thanks to its revolutionary stackable handle design, you avoid jams etc. Speed: around 800 – 1200 BPH.
