Full automatic bagger

Width adjustable 350–550mm / 400–600mm / 500–800mm, length adjustable 200-600mm.
Pharma bagger. Optionally we can make hermetically bags.
Optionally with shrinking tunnel (better stability and manipulation of the bags).

Full automatic bagger

Compact, fully automatic machine to pack bottles into bags automatically.
Width adjustable 600-900mm / 800-1000mm, length adjustable 200-700mm.
Unit used a lot in cosmetic environments.
Optionally with shrinking tunnel (better stability and manipulation of the bags).

High speed bagger, high efficiency

Delta Engineering presents it’s new bottle high speed bagger, the DB222. It is a hi speed twin lane servo controlled bagger, who can achieve speeds up to 25.000 BPH per bagger (depending on the bottle format).
A special control system ensures High Availability, higher speed & redundancy. We focus on designing highly efficient lines, minimal downtime, quick changeover resulting in high profitability.

Semi-automatic case packer – per layer

Low-cost semi-automatic case packer to pack empty bottles in cardboard boxes. Stack multiple layers (trays) and pull box or bag over it.
Mostly used in combination with our standard tray packers VZT21X.

Fully automatic case packer – per row – small boxes

This fully automatic case packer packs empty bottles in cardboard boxes up to L 800 mm (31”) x W 600 mm (24”) x H 600 mm (24”). Grabs the bottles row by row and inserts them into the inclined box.

Fully automatic case packer – per row – big boxes

This fully automatic case packer packs empty bottles in cardboard boxes up to L 1200 mm (47”) x W 1000 mm (39”) x H 1000 mm (39”). Grabs the bottles row by row and inserts them into the inclined box.

Fully automatic case packer – per layer

This fully automatic case packer packs empty bottles in cardboard boxes up to L 800 mm (31”) x W 600 mm (24”) x H 600 mm (24”). Forms a layer of bottles row by row, then inserts the full layer into the box.
