Adjustable side guides – automatically or manually adjustable

System to adjust the side guides. Can drastically reduce changeover times of conveying lines! Different versions available: automatic (servo-controlled) – manual with handwheel – manual with speed sets – fully manual.

Flat belt conveyor

We have a complete range of flat belt conveyors available.

Side grip conveyor

This side grip conveyor uprights lying bottles, transfers bottles from one conveyor to another, avoids bottles being pushed through,… For base inspection etc. Available in different lengths, speeds and drive systems.

Flat belt vacuum conveyor

Our flat belt conveyors of 200mm wide are also available with vacuum.

Bottle elevator

This bottle elevator lifts bottles to a higher level on bottle conveying lines. This can be to convey the bottles up and down over an alley, or to move them to a different floor level. By means of 2 side grip conveyors with adjustable width.

Pallet duplicator

This pallet duplicator allows one operator to make a full height pallet (3100 mm), by stacking two half height pallets. Reducing the transport costs by 5 to 15 %!

Pallet dispenser

This pallet dispenser dispenses empty pallets onto a roller conveyor. Reducing operator intervention time and avoiding pallet trucks in the production.
Can be integrated in Delta packing machines to obtain a fully automatic line.

Lane switcher – 1 into 2 lanes

This lane switcher divides 1 incoming line into 2 outgoing lines. This way, you get the appropriate bottle speed (not exceeding the maximum bottle speed per lane).
