INNOVATIONS Anti-stick sealings for leak testers When leak testing PET bottles, the neck often sticks to the leak tester’s sealing.
This often results in bottle instability, leading to fallen bottles.
Today, most people try to resolve this by using Teflon tape, which is maintenance-intensive and can sometimes lead to bottle contamination.
We have developed a new, food-approved sealing which is plasma coated, which resolves this problem completely!
INNOVATIONS Thermoforming solutions As thermoformed products typically come out of the thermoforming machine at a height of ca. 1,5 to 1,8 m, platforms are often placed behind the thermoforming machines.
However, these platforms impose safety risks and decrease efficiency: they make it difficult for the operators to swap between different machines, thus limiting them to following the speed of the thermoforming machine, which they cannot easily leave.
To counter this, we designed the DBL302 elevator, which brings the products down to operator level. The elevator can be combined with our DVB122 vertical buffer system and/or our DMD300 in-line metal detector.
