Check weighing

A checkweigher is an automatic or manual machine for checking the weight of packaged commodities. It is normally found at the offgoing end of a production process and is used to ensure that the weight of a pack of the commodity is within specified limits. Any packs that are outside the tolerance are taken out of line automatically.

Checking neck calibration issues in extrusion blow molding can be easily done with our DVT100. Instead of filling bottles with water and inverting them, and then waiting for several hours to see if a water leak on the neck appears, the DVT100 is a better alternative.
The cap leak test can be done in a very simple way.

Bottle closure test unit

Delta Engineering has developed a very simple bottle closure test unit. It consists of a vacuum chamber in which the water-filled bottles are placed on a tissue, indicating even the smallest leak.
Once the unit is closed and activated, it starts evacuate. When the desired vacuum is achieved, the energy saving system takes effect and disables the air consumption.
This enables you to test the bottle cap sealing in production, helping you avoid all customer complaints.

Aerial thermogram of buried cross country oil pipeline revealing subsurface contamination caused by a leak

Pipeline leak detection is used to determine if and in some cases where a leak has occurred in systems which contain liquids and gasses. Methods of detection include hydrostatic testing after pipeline erection and leak detection during service.

PRESSURE DECAY LEAK TESTING : THE FACTS

Delta Engineering noticed that a lot of leak testers are misadjusted a production environment. As a result of that, a significant amount could be falsely rejected, or even worse bad bottles pass through.

Fully guarding of machines, has become an eminent must in our industry, to increase operator safety.
@ Delta Engineering, we have a new range of leak testers, designed to the latest machinery safety standards.
