Twin head flex picker (bottle picker)

This flex picker is a bottle unscrambler which uses vision for bottle recognition and a robot for grabbing and positioning of the bottles. Avoiding scratches on bottles!
It can handle different volumes of products (from 50ml up to 5L) and different shapes of bottles (round, oval and square).

Buffer table – fully automatic

The buffer table makes the line immune to micro stops: stoppages on trimming machines, labellers… Increases the efficiency of your packaging line. Used between blow moulding & filling lines.

Spin dome trimmer for round lost heads (domes) – short version

This spin dome trimmer cuts off round lost heads (= lost domes) from bottles. By lost dome trimming, you can make bottles with lower weight necks and save on material. For heads up to 80 mm diameter.

Laser cutter

This laser cutter can do laser trimming of of round PET, PP, HDPE… bottles. Can cut through any wall thickness! Speeds up to 8000 BPH per laser head. Fume extraction.

High speed rotary spin dome trimmer

High speed rotary spin dome trimmer for bottles with a round lost dome. Can trim heads with a neck diameter up to 80 mm. The bottle body can be any shape: round, oval, square,… Speed: up to 30.000 BPH.

Compact economic vision system

Is a compact economic vision system, designed to place over an existing conveyor. It will allow you to check bottle dimensions, black spots, ovality, scrap, bottle deformation, colors, etc.
Maximum up to 4 camera’s from different resolutions, up to 12MB, available.
