Full automatic bagger

Universal, fully automatic machine to pack bottles into bags automatically.

Optionally with shrinking tunnel (better stability and manipulation of the bags).

High speed bagger, high efficiency

Delta Engineering presents it’s new bottle high speed bagger, the DB222. It is a hi speed twin lane servo controlled bagger, who can achieve speeds up to 25.000 BPH per bagger (depending on the bottle format).
A special control system ensures High Availability, higher speed & redundancy. We focus on designing highly efficient lines, minimal downtime, quick changeover resulting in high profitability.

This bag stacking machine is a very compact unit, which fits behind the designated bagger. It accepts bags from the bagger and shifts them upwards. It has many stacking positions. Saves on labour and space.

Buffer conveyor

The buffer conveyor makes the line immune to micro stops. It resolves labeling issues like bottle shrinkage, trepanning, frequent stoppages. Increases the efficiency of your packaging line. You can switch between cooling and buffering.

Bottle unloading bin

This bottle unloading bin allows the operators to easily empty bags, trays & pallets with bottles into the 2m³ bin. Then, the bottles are gradually unloaded to the infeed of an unscrambler, avoiding bottle jams.
Suitable for a wide range of bottles, ranging from small bottles to 5L drums!

Bottle elevator

This bottle elevator lifts bottles to a higher level on bottle conveying lines. This can be to convey the bottles up and down over an alley, or to move them to a different floor level. By means of 2 side grip conveyors with adjustable width.

Pneumatic bottle orienter

Clamps the bottle (body) between 2 plates and rotates it by using pneumatic cylinders.

Bottle orienter

Grabs the bottles by the neck, and rotates them by using different belt speeds.
Optional: smart camera to detect the actual orientation of the bottle & actively correct to the desired orientation.

Single head bottle picker (flex picker)

This bottle picker is a bottle unscrambler which uses vision for bottle recognition and a robot for grabbing and positioning of the bottles. Avoiding scratches on bottles!
It can handle different volumes of products (from 50ml up to 5L) and different shapes of bottles (round, oval and square).
