Flat sheet, tray & top frame placer

You can feed in a complete pallet of flat sheets, trays or top frames, which the outfeed conveyor feeds into the palletizer one by one. Has two warehouses. Anti-sticking system & centering system.

Pallet assembly robot

This pallet assembly robot allows you to produce your own cardboard pallets in-house at a rate of 10 to 30 pieces per hour. Can make all types of pallets – up to 56” (1422 mm) square.

Row forming unit

This unit allows you to make rows of conical shaped, empty, plastic bottles on downstream equipment for bottle packaging. Each bottle is stopped independently with a dedicated micro stopper. The unit can optionally be mounted on other machines.

Simple Twin Box loading unit – tumble packing

This unit drops bottles into boxes, tumble packed. Photocell counts the bottles and once the box is full, the diverter flap diverts the bottles into another, ’empty’ box.

Box tumble pack loading unit

This loading unit loads boxes with empty bottles, tumble packed. Gradual loading to avoid thermal bottle deformation. Photocell measures bottle position & bottle is rejected on the right spot.

Silo tumble pack loading unit

This silo loading unit loads bottles into 2 flexible silos (alternately). The bottles are scrambled as they fall on the infeed conveyor, so they are counted ‘approximately’. Then, they are dropped into a silo, by means of a tilting plate selector.

This tumble pack loading unit loads bottles into 2 flexible silos (alternately). The bottles come from a conveyor (standing up), are counted individually & dropped into a silo, by means of a tilting plate selector.

Preform spraying system

This spray coater with 4 heads is mounted over the infeed bin of the preforms. It sprays coating on the preforms as they are falling into the bin.

Bottle spray-coater

This spray-coater sprays an anti-static coating on PET bottles to avoid problems on the filling and packaging lines, like bottle jamming & scuffing. Speeds up to 7.000-10.000 BPH.

High speed bottle spray coater

This spray coater sprays an anti-static coating on PET bottles to avoid problems on the filling and packaging lines, like bottle jamming & scuffing. Speeds of +26.000 BPH.
