Simple Twin Box loading unit – tumble packing

This unit drops bottles into boxes, tumble packed. Photocell counts the bottles and once the box is full, the diverter flap diverts the bottles into another, ’empty’ box.

Silo tumble pack loading unit

This silo loading unit loads bottles into 2 flexible silos (alternately). The bottles are scrambled as they fall on the infeed conveyor, so they are counted ‘approximately’. Then, they are dropped into a silo, by means of a tilting plate selector.
