Checkweigher for containers
The DCW100 is an inline weight checker for plastic containers, typically ranging from 1 to 60L.
It has a display accuracy of 1 gram and a 5.7” colour operator interface to allow easy setup. It is equipped with graphics to display statistical behaviour of your production and data logging on CF or Ethernet.

Containers are introduced automatically on the infeed conveyor, which transfers the products onto the weighing belt. This belt weighs the products on the fly with an accuracy of 1g. Afterwards the products are transferred on the exit belt, where the products out of spec can be rejected. Optionally the machine can be equipped with positive ejection; in that case there is a need for an extra conveyor. This ensures that no faulty products can get to your customer.
