Log-in procedure

To log in to the Delta Engineering website, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Delta Engineering website.
2. Click on the “LOG IN / REGISTER” button in the upper right side of the website.
3. Enter your e-mail address when prompted.
4. Check your Inbox and Spam folder for an email from Delta Engineering.
5. Click on the link inside the email to gain full access to the website.

Please note that:

• The login link can only be used from the originating computer.
• The link is valid for 24 hours.
• If your log-in link has expired, you will need to use your e-mail to generate another log-in link.
• If you encounter any issues, such as busy servers or an error, please try again later or contact Delta Engineering for support.
• For new email addresses there is a short approval flow.

The advantages of being logged in include:

• Access to Resources: You gain access to a wide array of files and resources, including drawings, high-quality videos, layouts, images, flyers, and tools.
• Convenience for Returning Customers: If you are an existing or returning customer, you do not need to log in repeatedly.
• Approval Flow for New Users: New email addresses go through a short approval flow, ensuring that access is granted to legitimate customers or potential customers.
• Exclusivity: Access is provided only to customers and potential customers, not to suppliers, which ensures that the content is exclusive and relevant to the intended audience.
• Passwordless System: The system is passwordless, which means you don’t have to remember a password; instead, you use your company email to receive a login link.
• Security: The login link can only be used from the originating computer, and it is valid for 24 hours, enhancing security.
• Support: If you encounter issues such as busy servers or errors, there is a support system in place to assist you.
