Our custom-engineered take-out systems extract empty plastic bottles directly from a wide range of leading blow molding machine brands, including 1-Blow, Aoki, Bekum, Nissei ASB, and Sidel. Depending on the configuration, the system is either integrated into and synchronized with the machine, or it follows the mold movement, grips the bottles, and places them onto an integrated conveyor with vacuum support for stable transfer. Each system is fully aligned with machine safety standards and control systems, ensuring safe and trouble-free operation.
