Protecting empty plastic bottles and streamlining end-of-line operations

In some applications, box packing is the most appropriate packaging solution, particularly when products are shipped in smaller quantities through distributors. Automated box packing systems reduce labor requirements while ensuring consistent packing quality and product protection, resulting in a more efficient downstream operation.

Delta Engineering designs box packing systems that handle rigid plastic bottles and containers in a controlled, repeatable way. By matching the packing principle to the customer’s product, speed, and layout, we ensure stable box filling, high bottle integrity, and seamless integration into fully automated packaging lines.

Arranged box packing systems

Arranged box layer packing builds stable layers before placing bottles into boxes. Fully automatic layer packers create well-structured box loads with consistent positioning. This approach minimizes bottle-to-bottle contact, improves stackability, and helps prevent damage during transport.

Tumble packing systems

Our tumble packing systems load bottles into boxes in a controlled manner, with optional bottle counting and batch filling to provide adequate cooling time and help prevent deformation. Capable of filling up to 16 boxes simultaneously, our solution supports higher throughput while maintaining product integrity. In-line integration with other packaging machines is available.
