Ensuring smooth, stable transfer of pallets across the rigid packaging production line

Manual pallet movements slow down production, create safety risks, and lead to inconsistent flow between process steps. When a palletizer or downstream station stops, pallets quickly pile up, interrupting the whole line.

Delta Engineering’s automated pallet handling systems keep production moving. With roller conveyors, lifts, dispensers, duplicators, and transfer cars, we create a stable, fully controlled pallet flow that minimizes downtime and supports seamless end-of-line automation.

Pallet roller conveyor

Close-spaced rollers ensure smooth pallet movement in any direction. Our pallet roller conveyors are available in multiple widths and shapes with options such as side transfers and rotary tables. Designed for accumulation without contact and fully controlled through our DLC line control.

Pallet duplicator

Our pallet duplicator stacks two half-height pallets into one full-height pallet (up to 3,100 mm). Handles trays, hoods, and sheets, reduces operator workload, and increases transport efficiency by maximizing bottles per pallet.

Pallet dispenser

Our pallet dispenser automatically feeds empty pallets into the line, reducing operator workload and preventing delays. Available for a wide range of pallet types and outfeed directions, it includes safety light curtains and ensures a constant pallet supply for packaging and palletizing lines. Optional autoloading is also available.

Pallet lift

Lifts pallets smoothly between floor levels and conveyors, even with unstable loads. Servo-controlled for gentle handling, fully guarded for operator safety, and integrated with line control. Supports multiple pallet formats and enables compact, automated layouts.
