Leaks and micro-defects in plastic packaging lead to product loss, recalls, contamination risks, and rejected batches. Manual checks are slow and unreliable, especially at high production speeds.
Delta Engineering’s leak testing systems provide precise, automated quality control for detecting defects from small pinholes to gate-area microcracks. With pressure decay, high-voltage, and integrated top-load inspection options, we ensure stable, compliant, and traceable production.
WHY DELTA ENGINEERING?
SPECIALIST IN TURNKEY PROJECTS FOR DOWNSTREAM SOLUTIONS
Our engineering teams design every system in-house, combining mechanical, electrical and software expertise. We create layouts that fit the available floor space, product range and speed requirements, ensuring stable flow, safe operation and seamless integration with existing equipment.
All machines are manufactured in our own facilities for full quality control. From precision machining to assembly and testing, every step is handled in-house. This guarantees long-term reliability, consistent output and equipment that meets demanding industrial standards.
Our specialists install and commission our equipment efficiently, with minimal disruption to the customer’s production. We fine-tune settings on site, integrate controls, and train operators so automation runs safely, smoothly, and at full performance from day one.
Our multilingual service teams provide remote assistance, preventive maintenance and fast spare-parts delivery. Whether it’s troubleshooting, upgrades, or audits, we keep automation systems running reliably and ensure maximum uptime worldwide.

FAQ
Our pressure decay, high-voltage, and integrated inspection systems detect everything from small pinholes to microcracks in the gate area, blocked bores, and deformation issues.
Pressure decay suits most rigid containers and provides accurate volume-based detection. High-voltage testing is recommended for PET containers with very small or gate-area defects that pressure decay cannot detect.
We offer on-the-fly testers up to 20,000 BPH and rotary testers beyond that. All systems maintain accuracy at full speed and support high OEE.
Automated, repeatable testing reduces false rejects, operator handling, micro-stops, and downstream contamination. Stable inspection improves uptime and ensures consistent quality across shifts.
Leak testing helps you control your process window, allowing you to make timely adjustments that prevent rejects and rework. This reduces waste and lowers overall production costs.
