Flexible silos – tumble packing

Flexible silos store empty plastic bottles in a tumble-packed way for in-house or nearby production environments. They are ideal for volumes of 0.5 to 2 L and reduce handling while protecting bottles from deformation. Optional covers, reinforced straps, and RFID tracking ensure clean, controlled storage and easy logistics.

Pallet box

Our pallet box combines two reusable plastic pallets with a foldable cardboard or plastic sleeve to minimize return volume. It provides a stable solution for stacking tumble-packed or bagged bottles while eliminating the need for strapping and stretch wrapping. The modular design maximizes transport height, protects products, and reduces packaging waste and costs.

Cardboard pallet assembly robot
