AOKI takeout system
A range of takeout systems made by our Australian partner for AOKI machines.
One of the big advantages of this machine is that it is fully integrated into the AOKI Injection Stretch Blow Molding machine (ISBM), only the conveyor is sticking out, saving space around the machine for easy access and other machines.
The bottles are dropped in drop shuts, onto an optional vacuum conveyor. When stabilized, the shute opens and the bottles are running out of the exit conveyor.
Preforms or bad quality bottles are rejected sideways, using the machine’s exit shute.
